Tomorrow, Tuesday, October 10, she will be with Prince William and Prince Harry at a reception at Buckingham Palace to celebrate World Mental Health Day, a cause very close to Kate Middleton. In the first few months, the Duchess had to retire from her royal functions because she was too ill to be able to fulfill her commitments.

The duchess looked stunning in a powder blue Temperley London dress, which visibly showed a small bump.

Dr Nicola Byrom, founder of the mental health charity Student Minds, said after chatting to Kate: "She's unbelievable, what a fighter that she's here, that she's putting other people above herself".

At the time of Kate's pregnancy announcement, it was reported she was 11 weeks gone, which would mean she is around the 15-week mark today.

The duke and duchess and Prince Harry arrived via a well-known hidden door in the Palace's white drawing room and waiting to meet them were leading figures from the mental health sector including Mind president and comic Stephen Fry. Middleton, William, and Harry have been heavily involved with this field in the past year, as they've been promoting their Heads Together campaign, which challenges the stigma surrounding mental health issues.

The event marked Kate's first public outing since August 30, when she and the royal brothers marked the 20 anniversary of the death of Princess Diana.

Last month, William and Kate announced they were expecting their third child and that as with her two previous pregnancies, she was suffering severe morning sickness.

Hyperemesis gravidarum can cause severe nausea and vomiting and requires supplementary hydration and nutrients. "Things that can't really be seen but that affect us every day, and talking about them can feel hard", she says, introducing a short animated film on the topic for children.

It has been suggested that the Duchess has again been suffering from Hyperemesis Gravidarum with her third pregnancy which forced her to miss a number of recent public engagements, including her son Prince George's first day at school.
