Bethesda had previously said that the Switch version of Doom would come with the game's Arcade mode, along with all of the DLC content, and features from the original single-player campaign.

The team is confident the game will work on the Switch because of technical analysis done after the release of Doom past year.

In a recent interview with Nintendo, Hugo Martin and Marty Stratton, creative director and executive producer (respectively) of iD Software, discussed their upcoming port of Doom for the Switch, available November 10th. In the video, they essentially provide an overview of what Nintendo Switch buyers will getting when they pick up their copy of DOOM.

Doom has been given a November 10 release date on Nintendo Switch, which is just a couple of weeks after the launch of Super Mario Odyssey.

Switch owners can look forward to the definitive version of Doom from a feature standpoint. Much of that analysis discussed how many options Doom offered PC players in scaling the game to their specifications. However, it's going to run on the Switch at 30 frames per second. "We wouldn't put it in people's hands if we weren't proud of it and we didn't think it was the best possible representation of Doom".

It was announced earlier this year that Bethesda would be bringing both Doom and Wolfenstein 2: The New Colossus to the Nintendo Switch for demon and Nazi-slaying action on the go.

"There isn't another game like this on the Switch right now". Doom also introduces platforming elements, the ability to upgrade your character, and fancy executions called glory kills.
