This year soon after the 31-year-old Nadal won the US Open, one would reckon that age-old rivalry between Federer and Nadal is back on track. The reality of this season, however, is that Federer and Nadal have earned their status as the two greatest players in the history of the sport.

Rafael Nadal won th U.S. Open on Sunday, the 16th Grand Slam title in his career.
