After taking an eleven year hiatus musically, she is back where she belongs with her newest (visual) album called Double Dutchess which is set to be released tomorrow.

Talking about the same Fergie told People magazine, "Honestly, it was just getting a little weird for us with all the romantic questions".

The "Black Eyed Peas" singer, who shares four-year-old son Axl Jack with her former partner, said that they wanted to get adjust in private before sharing the news with the world. She recently opened up about her debut album saying that it was her most honest effort yet. She added that the songs also talked about several relationships. Fergie has been planning a solo comeback for a while now, and we are ecstatic that her album Double Dutchess is finally here.

Fergie was born and raised in Los Angeles where she grew up having a party-girl kind of image, while Duhamel was seemingly just a regular guy from North Dakota.

Just days after announcing the split, Fergie took the stage to perform at the Rock in Rio Festival in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on Saturday.

"Josh and I are great friends, a lot of those emotional songs are his favorite songs on the album, they have been there for a while ..."

As Fergie's music career rises once again, it was reported last week that she had split from her husband Josh Duhamel of eight years. "So that's the only thing that's changed". She explained the situation between her and her now-ex by saying simply, "We really like each other, we have fun with each other".
