Cris Cyborg Wants to Fight Ronda Rousey in WWE

Rousey (12-2 record in MMA) has not been seen in the octagon since her first round loss to Amanda Nunes at UFC 207 in December 2016 and is said to be unofficially retired. After getting knocked out at UFC 193 against Holly Holm (11-3), Rousey escaped from the spotlight for months.

"It's gonna be her decision, if she fights".

Justino, herself, spoke to MMAFighting recently about this admittedly unusual comment and added a pinch of humour to her response, taking a subtle dig at both Tarverdyan and his semi-retired superstar fighter. If her body does give her one more fight and she really wants to mentally, she might.

"I don't know. I can't say that". We'll live and we'll see. "I wanted to fight Ronda when she was psychologically well and confident".

"I wanted the challenge so bad I nearly killed myself trying to make the lowest weight possible just to give this fight to the fans, and she made every excuse for it not to happen". That's how Ronda works good. She said she cheated before, she's hurt women and she wants to come and beat her.

"I want that fight, When I trained Ronda, I know Ronda could beat Cyborg". I don't know if she'll do it. She has remained out the public eye for the most part, though she recently made appearances at the Mae Young Classic to support her good friend Shayna Baszler. Fighting seems to be the last thing on her mind.

Edmond Tarverdyan is unsure if Ronda Rousey, his talented adherent, will ever fight again.

Cris "Cyborg" has been undefeated for the past twelve years and has established herself as one of the most vicious knockout artists in the game today. I've spoken to her.

"I don't know", he said. One more fight, maybe.

"Ronda needs a challenge that she really needs to be like this person is no good and I need to prove something to the whole world". UFC Featherweight Champion Cris Cyborg has had a longstanding feud with Rousey, but she said at this point she'd only fight Rousey in the WWE. "It's 50-50 right now I would say".

In an interview with The MMA Hour, Rousey's trainer Edmond Tarverdyan pushed for a UFC bout between Rousey and Justino. Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
