Neymar became the most expensive player in history by signing for PSG for £198m earlier this month.

It would be something of a controversial move, considering the 29-year-old previously played for and made his name with Barca's fierce rivals Real Madrid.

With the prospect of reduced game time looming large, the player is open to seeking pastures anew should an opportunity present itself.

With PSG now reportedly after Monaco's Kylian Mbappe, Klopp has warned the top clubs that the highly-inflated release clauses of many players will be triggered much more often.

"If he decides to remain at the club, we will have a great player and if he leaves we will get his whole buyout clause paid in full".

Di Maria had a torrid time in England with Manchester United after a promising start.

Neymar's lawyer now says that they will not report Barcelona to Federation Internationale de Football Association and says that lines of communication are still open between the two sides.

Spanish publication Sport claim that Di Maria is just one of a number of potential targets for the Catalan club as they desperately try to replace Neymar, who is now one of Di Maria's team mates at Paris Saint-Germain.

Barcelona, though, face a big stumbling block in their pursuit of the player as their relationship with PSG is now at its lowest ebb.

In contrast, Dembele is only 20 and can potentially hang on for another decade unless a situation similar to Neymar's move arises in his case as well.

Di Maria may also be willing to move to the Camp Nou to play alongside his global teammates Lionel Messi and Javier Mascherano.
