Schultz confirmed that Russillo didn't force his way into the condo and the residents were unsure if they had locked the doors.

Police say because Russillo entered unlawfully and did not leave when asked, he was arrested for violating Jackson's criminal trespass law.

Russillo, of West Hartford, Connecticut, reportedly had bloodshot eyes and slurred speech.

UPDATE, 1:41 p.m.: According to a probable cause affidavit obtained by the Jackson Hole News&Guide this afternoon, Ryen Russillo was found naked in a stranger's condo around 3:30 a.m. Wednesday.

"He couldn't coherently answer any questions", Schultz said. Russillo thought he might be staying at the condo, police said, but didn't know where he was at the time. He says there was no evidence of forced entry. "He was too intoxicated to follow through with the request".

An employee at the Teton County Sheriff's Office confirmed to the Sporting News that Russillo was being held there on behalf of the Jackson police department. He now has to post bond and get a court date. It's punishable by up to six months in prisonm, a $750 fine, or both.

Russillo has not commented on his arrest. While there are no details yet about what Russillo is accused of having done, the 42-year-old was charged with a misdemeanor of criminal entry.
