iShares MSCI Brazil Index (NYSE:EWZ) saw some unusual options trading on Wednesday.

The Awesome Oscillator (AO), created (and aptly named) by Bill Williams, is an indicator which is able to show what is happening with driving force of the market. The AO is usually planned as a histogram in which bars higher than the preceding bar will be colored green. Wilder introduced RSI in his book "New Concepts in Technical Trading Systems" which was published in 1978. Gibson Capital LLC raised its position in shares of iShares MSCI EAFE Index Fund by 66.9% in the second quarter.

The Williams %R is created to provide a general sense of when the equity might have reached an extreme and be primed for a reversal. Used as a coincident indicator, the CCI reading above +100 would reflect strong price action which may signal an uptrend. A level of 25-50 would indicate a strong trend.

iShares MSCI Brazil Capped Index Fund (the Fund), formerly iShares MSCI Brazil Index Fund, seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of publicly traded securities in the Brazilian market, as measured by the MSCI Brazil Index (the Index). The CCI was developed to typically stay within the -100 to +100 levels. The RSI operates in a range-bound area with values between 0 and 100. An RSI reading over 70 would be considered overbought, and a reading under 30 would indicate oversold conditions. Even though the name contains the word commodity, CCI can be used on other investment tools such as stocks. The 14 day Williams %R for Ishares MSCI Taiwan Index Fund (EWT) is noted at -48.74. The RSI is computed base on the speed and direction of a stock's price movement. The Index has been developed by MSCI Inc as an equity benchmark for its global stock performance. One of the most popular time frames using RSI is the 14-day.

Investors may use the 200-day MA to help smooth out the data a get a clearer long-term picture. Sometimes stocks that look too good to be true actually are, and those that are actually very good may not look that enticing. Presently, the 200-day moving average is at 69.19, and the 50-day is 75.04. Investors will commonly use Williams %R in conjunction with other trend indicators to help spot possible stock turning points. iShares MSCI Turkey Investable Market Index Fund (TUR)'s Williams Percent Range or 14 day Williams %R now sits at -39.44.
