He was able to land his shot and Drogon flew down to the ground where Dany tried to remove the bolt from her dragon's chest/shoulder area.

Flynn told HBO's Making Game of Thrones that ever since his character shot Daenerys' dragon with a giant arrow in season seven, episode four, his postman is refusing to talk to him.

Last week's episode "Spoils of War" saw Daenerys Targaryen (Emilia Clarke) finally ride her dragon Drogon into battle against the Lannister forces that had raided the Tyrell's cache of gold, and it's fair to say that she and Drogon, along with the help of her Dothraki army absolutely decimated nearly everybody on the battlefield. It was a stunning and awesome scene (this behind-the-scenes video tells you how they did it), which culminated in Bronn (played by Jerome Flynn) shooting Drogon down with huge arrow shot out of a cannon-type contraption.

"I was surprised when I was watching it", he said.

Game of Thrones is perhaps one of the very few television shows which can pit two beloved characters against each other in a scene and still not let the viewer hate either of the two.

According to Flynn, some fans have been peeved with him because Bronn managed to strike Drogon in the shoulder with the huge scorpio.

"I spent weeks on that sequence", Jerome Flynn, who plays Bronn, told HBO. And that one particular sequence was some of the most exciting filming I've had. It's a whole dance going on.

Speaking in an interview with HBO, the actor explained of his loyalties to the Lannister brothers: "He doesn't have total disregard for Jaime, but he has a bond with Tyrion that's hard for him to ignore". And the connection they've made with their sense of humor. "It's probably the coolest weapon I'm going to get to play with". Why didn't you bring a B list dragon? "He sees him as an underdog like himself", he said. Jaime once freed Tyrion and now he could be faced with the same dilemma, although at what cost?

"I guess it's a compliment when you're buying a table and somebody's like "You're that f***ing bitch off Game of Thrones"," Headey said.

Game of Thrones Season 7 airs in India on Star World and Star World HD every Tuesday at 11 PM.
