Today, the Chinese company teased the upcoming reveal of the Meizu Pro 7 on its official Twitter handle, which somewhat confirms we're very close to a formal announcement.

We already know that the Meizu Pro 7 is coming this this month, and now we have the exact date. The Pro 7 Plus, will be priced at CNY 3,299 to CNY 3,799 ($555, €496). Alongside, Meizu is also expected to launch a Plus variant with a bigger 5.7-inch sized display which is named as Meizu Pro 7 Plus. It will run on Android 7.0 Nougat-based Flyme OS. The smartphone will be powered by Samsung's Exynos 8895 64-bit Octa-core processor. It's also said to be used as a viewfinder for the dual cameras, which looks to be its most important function.

The backside of the Meizu PRO 7 and PRO 7 Plus feature a secondary screen below the dual rear cameras. The second display on the back is too small and is likely to showcase you the notifications without the need to wake the screen up every time for seeing the notifications. The phone is also rumored to offer a 5.2-inch Full HD display, dual 12MP camera at the back, and a 16MP shooter up front. Rumor has it that Meizu has chose to strike a deal with Samsung so that the Pro 7 will be equipped with an Exynos 8895 processor, but the information hasn't been confirmed.

Moreover, the device will come with a fingerprint sensor and will be sporting a USB Type-C charging port. The Pro 7 will be priced at CNY 2,799 ($409 or €365) for the basic version and CNY 3,299 ($482, €431) if you want more storage.
