The review model Apple provided us with is the base model with a Core m3 processor. Play with apps, of course.

For it's third generation in three years, Apple's mighty little 12-inch MacBook has gotten some updates. Anyone not a designer or photographer, graphic artist or illustrator, would not be so keen on such a big device. The new 10.5-inch iPad Pro starts at $32.49 a month for 24 months; 0% April, on Verizon device payment ($679.99 with a 2-yr contract, $779.99 full retail). Depending on your intentions, the small changes might be the changes you were looking for. Apple has created a new Files app to store documents and different files on the device and from various other locations, such as iCloud or Dropbox, and this gives the iPad an entire new lease of life as a genuine laptop replacement contender.

What the Microsoft Surface offers is a tablet with power as well as portable, usable keyboard with support for an active digitiser pen. The Surface Pro runs Windows 10 Pro. It starts at 64GB (€749 wifi only) and goes up to 512GB of storage memory. A brand new file system (AFS or Apple File System) will be standard with High Sierra.

Core for core, the A10X does, indeed, offer about 30% more performance than the A9X does.

Not being able to install PC programs is not as much a hindrance as before.

Not all iPad and iPhones will be brought along for the ride, however, with older models - including the iPhone 5s and 5c - missing out on the iOS 11 update.

The monstrous 12.9-inch iPad Pro's lack of ports greatly prevent it from qualifying as a true laptop replacement - it only has a proprietary Lightning port and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

I'd love it if Siri used Bob Dylan's voice, but maybe we can get that in next year's update.

There is no difference in display size or resolution between the Apple MacBook Pro (2017) model and Apple MacBook Pro (2015) model, but the 2017 model is 67 per cent brighter, offering a higher contrast ratio, more vibrancy and more power efficient. You can drag images, you can drag text, you can drag URLs. It's scheduled to officially roll out sometime this fall after a number of public and private beta releases.

When it's released later this year (usually about September) an iPad will suddenly look very much like a Mac computer. The tech giant has now demonstrated how users can place a virtual lamp and coffee cup on to a real desk using the iPad Pro's camera.

Apple has acknowledged that it needs to do better and on Monday it addressed some of these concerns by unveiling a new iMac Pro with super-fast Intel Xeon chips, Advanced Micro Devices Inc.'s Radeon Vega graphics processor, and up to 128 GB of pre-installed RAM.

The iPad Pro's pricing starts at RM2,999 for the 10.5-inch model and RM3,499 for the 12.9-inch model.
