Kevin Durant does not categorize Warriors as super team

Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant reacts after scoring against the Cleveland Cavaliers during the second half of Game 5 of basketball's NBA Finals in Oakland, Calif., Monday, June 12, 2017.

"It would mean everything".

"When you didn't eat, you made sure we ate".

Former Seattle Supersonic #2 pick and Rookie of the Year Kevin Durant has won his first championship and it wasn't with the Oklahoma City Thunder.

"Not one time did I feel like we were overmatched until probably like I looked up, there was like a minute 20, and we were down 13, I believe, or something at that point", James said.

Two days after capturing the franchise's second title in three years against LeBron James and the Cleveland Cavaliers, the Warriors prepared to part ways for what will be a busy offseason for general manager Bob Myers and the front office.

"I plan on finishing my career back home", James said to Rachel Nichols, then the host of CNN's Unguarded. Shaun Livingston had a insane knee injury. "It's easier said than done obviously, but that's the goal".

"To be back here, bring ol' Larry back home, I'm just excited to do something special". Unlike last season, there will be no jokes about blowing a 3-1 lead; the Warriors took care of business in championship fashion.

Draymond Green stayed on the court in a game that featured three technicals on one play 3:08 before halftime.

"We have not received an invitation to the White House, but will make those decisions when and if necessary", the Warriors' statement read.

"I'm picturing this scene where I go in and say, 'Hey everybody, everyone be quiet, let's take a vote on whether we want to go to the White House.' Are you insane?" I'll have that mindset, KD's going to have that mindset, I know Dre, Shaun, all the guys that are up for negotiating a new contract.

The Cavaliers certainly couldn't stop it in the 2017 NBA Finals, and we'll now have to wait another year to see if anyone else has an answer.

"I mean, come on, you got a bunch of guys who are talented and can shoot and pass and dribble, and they're unselfish", Kerr said.

Obama also told Durant to "enjoy it, have some fun" following his first title win. And I know the team will have a conversation about what's going on, going forward. "It's kind of insane to think about the conversations we had this summer and going into the year about how we can both mesh and do what we do and be the players that we are".
