Separatist leader Mirwaiz Umar Farooq on Sunday congratulated the Pakistani cricket team for their victory in ICC Champions Trophy 2017 finals.

It is one thing to congratulate the opponent after a good win, quite something else to take jibes at your country for not winning a game against your fiercest rivals.

The left-arm opener was also annoyed at cementing of Pakistan's ties with China, a proof of which could visibly be seen in his angered tweet.

However, Indian cricketer Gautam who definitely was expecting the opposite results in the purview of successive performance lost his temper and retaliated by advising Farooq to cross the border for celebrating the Eid. Fire crackers and candies distribution was also a part of celebrating Pakistan's victory.

This is not the first time Mirwaiz has tweeted in favour of Pakistan from Indian soil and his pro-Pakistan stand has been exposed on several other occasions too. "U will get better fireworks (Chinese?), Eid celebs there.I can help u wid packing".

"They are just pleasing their bosses sitting across the border and the way last night these separatist leaders tweeted in favour of Pakistan showed that their hearts are always beating for Pakistan", Raina added. He had earlier criticised the Kashmiri leaders for supporting Pakistan in final against India by tweeting, "For every slap on my army s Jawan lay down at least a 100 jihadi lives". Widespread celebrations were witnessed on the streets in Kashmir after Pakistan defeated India yesterday.
