In her suit, Mary Harvey alleges that Harvey engaged in "prolonged torture with the infliction of severe mental pain and suffering by acknowledging three years into the relationship that he was still married to his first wife".

"I don't want to be perceived as someone cruel and evil, vindictive and bitter because that's not who I am".

She says she's been suicidal and self-medicates to cope with their nasty breakup.

She is suing him for alleged child endangerment, torture, kidnapping, breach of contract, conspiracy against rights, intentional infliction of emotional distress and "soul murdering". Do not cut, copy or lift any content from this website without our consent.

Mary is asking the judge for a $60 million settlement.

TMZ reports that Mary Harvey, the comedian and game show host's second wife, finalized her divorce in 2005.

Mary's lawsuit was filed on her behalf by a "civil rights activist" named Essie Berry. After they separated, Steve married Mary Lee Harvey in 1996.

In the videos, Mary also accused Harvey of taking their son from her, but the 2011 court documents revealed that Mary knowingly sent their son to Harvey without Harvey's knowledge.

On Friday morning, Harvey's lawyer, Brandon R. Williams, released a statement to ET regarding the lawsuit. She said that Steve, who has since moved on to his third wife Marjorie Bridges, was a Soul Murderer.

In 2013, Vaughn claimed that Harvey beat their son with a belt and a wooden fraternity paddle that caused bruising and left the child with problems urinating for several days. "We will vigorously defend/counterclaim against the Complaint".

Representatives for Harvey did not respond to requests for comment.
