"I do not make plans for tomorrow".

"Juventus will win the Champions League and therefore Gigi Buffon the Ballon d'Or", Griezman told Cadena Ser's El Larguero.

Reports in England have suggested Manchester United could bid €100 million for him in the summer, and his adviser has said Real Madrid, Manchester City, Chelsea and Barcelona had all made enquiries.

The coveted individual trophy went to Ronaldo, who has already been tipped to win the 2017 edition owing to his heroics for Real Madrid in the Champions League and La Liga.

"I continue at Atletico because I am happy".

Griezmann refused to detail whether the talks between his agent and the Atletico Madrid CEO will be about a potential new deal deal - but suggested that he wants assurances that Simeone's side will invest in new signings to keep fighting for the titles.

On Atletico Madrid's 2016/2017 campaign, Griezmann added: "We did not win titles, which is what we wanted. We fulfilled an objective, third, we did a great job".

Griezmann said his own future with the club was not tied with that of manager Diego Simeone.

"We want to improve and we are doing it with Cholo and the rest of my teammates". It's true that previous year I called him before signing a new deal because I wanted to continue working with him. It continues. We do not live far away from each other.

"I love [PSG striker, Edinson] Cavani". It would be a top signing [for Atletico].

I'm very good here. I loved playing with him [for France].

However, Juventus have been the more defensively solid team - which will come as a surprise to no one who has seen them play this year - conceding only three goals in the entire Champions League.

National Basketball Association fan Griezmann also joked that the only way he would move clubs would be to join the New York Knicks, saying: "Cristiano is LeBron James and [Lionel] Messi is [Steph] Curry".
