Antonio Conte says he is not just content with Chelsea's Premier League title victory last week and has set his sights on another piece of history.

The 36-year-old scored his 67th Chelsea goal on his 716th appearance, and likely penultimate one at Stamford Bridge, in the Premier League champions' 4-3 win over Watford on Monday night.

John Terry leaping for joy after opening accounts for Chelsea against Watford. It will only be incredible if we go on and win it.

"The youth team completed a double of their own, adding the Under-18 Premier League title to a sixth FA Youth Cup in eight years".

"I've learnt an terrible lot of things watching from the other side this year sitting there and watching the group, how things have panned out".

'We prepared for last season without Europe and for this season the squad wasn't big but next season we must improve our squad. We want to win our last League game. "For this reason, in my head, I have a plan to try to arrive to play the final in the best condition, in the best situation for my players". 'It is going to be a really sad and emotional day for me, ' Terry added. "That will serve me well, just for me, to take the experience and kind of see how things will happen in the future".

But he appears to have dashed the hopes of a number of clubs, including Bournemouth and West Brom, keen to sign him.

Former Chelsea midfielder and one of his close friends, Frank Lampard, said: "It's John's call but of course he can play for another Premier League club".

Terry said he was proud to be ending his time at the club with a fifth Premier League winners' medal and the FA Cup final still to come. He has done so much there.

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte recalled Ake from his season-long loan in the January transfer window to provide cover for his first-choice centre-halves Cesar Azpilicueta, Gary Cahill and David Luiz.
