New Kids on the Block really did deliver the "total package" during their Total Package Tour stop in Nashville on Wednesday night (May 17). Surprise guest Carrie Underwood threw down a "Happy Birthday" sing-a-long for NKOTB members Jordan Knight and Danny Wood, who celebrated their birthdays on Wednesday and Sunday (May 14), respectively.

Underwood outed herself as a "Blockhead" in 2016, when NKOTB serenaded her with a song at another of their live shows.

Carrie wasn't the only surprise NKOTB had for their Music City fans.

A mini-American-Idol reunion also took place, as the season-four victor came face-to-face with one of the judges who helped make her a star. Paula literally had a front seat when the nation was first introduced to the talented Oklahoman during the fourth season of the popular singing competition.

Paula wrote in the caption, "So happy to reconnect with the amazingly talented and equally attractive @carrieunderwood tonight. So proud of your journey", Abdul wrote on Instagram and Twitter, along with a picture of her hugging 34-year-old Underwood. "So cool to watch her do her thing!" the country star captioned the same photo.

"Since Carrie's one of our biggest fans for her entire lifetime and drives around the country to see us, which we still can't believe happened, now we're going to let Jon sing "Happy Birthday" to you even though it's not your birthday", Wahlberg added. Between Nashville Predators hockey and concerts, Bridgestone Arena has become like a second home to the award-winning songstress!
