Starbucks barista not getting fired for bashing Unicorn Frap

After the drink was released, Colorado barista Braden Burson tweeted and posted a video to his Facebook page when his shift ended, complaining that it was hard to keep up with orders for the drink and he's "never been so stressed out" in his life. The thing has been pretty much the bane of every Starbucks barista since it was introduced, but thankfully at least the limited edition drink is only around for a couple more days. And while Starbucks was offering the Unicorn Frappuccino until Sunday, April 23, Fargo-Moorhead Starbucks is now sold out.

What is in it? It's safe to say the Unicorn Frappuccino isn't exactly healthy! "It's got pink powder, mango syrup, sour blue drizzle, and all sorts of other stuff". A medium-sized Unicorn Frappuccino contains 410 calories and a huge 59 grams of sugar - 19 grams more than the NHS advises adults to consume in a day.

"Today, it came out, and I have to tell you, PLEASE DON'T GET IT", Burson yelled.

The late-night host referred to the frosty, pink drink as "Starbucks' latest abomination" on Thursday's episode of ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" A number of eager fans have taken to Twitter to share their disappointment that it isn't available in the United Kingdom, with one writing: "Really hope the #unicornfrappuccino comes to the United Kingdom because it looks like all of my dreams come true in a coffee cup". After initial reactions hit the internet from customers, baristas got in on the action, telling people not to get the drink. Whilethe response has been largely positive, some haven't been so keen on the drink's sour flavour, including Katy Perry. It was like drinking her own blood... you know, because she's a unicorn!
